You should start saving for retirement ASAP. Google compound interest and retirement savings. I don't have any good numbers specific advice but the younger you start, the more you'll have and the more interest will build.
It sounds like you have a lot to learn about this kind of planning (not trying to be rude, I am mid 20s and have a lot of work to do myself). I'd suggest taking a look at this site:
