If the changing pad protects any surface, I don't see why it would be a concern with getting a stroller dirty? You can put a changing pad under the baby in the stroller. why is it gross?
I do see the challenge of trying to change in a stroller and it being too tight though...good point....esp. if you have a wriggly baby.
So..
Were else is a good place to change a diaper, aside from public changing tables and in your car? Is there another popular diaper changing area to consider that I'm not thinking about?
I'm actually relieved to know that there is a possibility of a 2 hours stretch without a diaper change needed with a 2 month old.

I can probably just run and errand and be done in that time.
