You are correct that your thread no longer exists. However, I didn't delete it. Or, at least not intentionally or knowingly. Nobody reported any issues with it. I looked through the webserver logs and it looks like Maria read the thread twice but I didn't view it at all. There is no indication that either of us deleted it.

The only thing that I can think of is that I deleted it by accident this morning. If you were not viewing DCUM between 4 and 6 am, you missed a lot of excitement. A spambot posted nearly 150 new threads advertising various drugs. So, the first thing I had to do this morning was a mass deletion. It is possible that a topic that read "Eeny meeny mino mo" looked a lot like drug spam at 6 am.

You can find the pages of your thread in Google's cache by going to Google and searching for these five strings:

cache:http://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/362986.page

cache:http://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/15/362986.page

cache:http://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/30/362986.page

cache:http://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/45/362986.page

cache:http://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/60/362986.page

So, I apologize if that's what happened.

What happened to the thread that I started yesterday about the childhood rhyme eeny meeny miney mo? I posted that I was uncomfortable with my son using it because I only knew the offensive version as a kid. It wasn't particularly controversial by DCUM standards though I did get labeled a troll by someone which I can assure you I was/am not. No more than you were, Jeff, when you started this thread: http://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/163279.page#1503663 (Which I didn't see until I looked for my thread this morning).

I guess it doesn't really matter but it just confuses me that it would disappear or be deleted for no apparent reason.
