I'm sorry, I personally think "good" and "easy" are not both possible with pretzels.
If you search for "30 minute pretzel" or "no boil pretzel," several of the first few results will include recipes that will probably taste fine when freshly baked.
If you want a "good" pretzel recipe, you probably need to add a boil step and definitely need to add a baking soda step (or, better yet, lye, which would certainly make it an inappropriate project for third graders).
