I would not be OK with eating these pizzas after so long, and I hope you can get a refund.
Contact the company. Either they or UPS should make it right.

I've had that happen to me before and the companies have always replaced the product for no charge.

DH ordered 4 Chicago-style deep dish pizzas online with 2 day shipping. They were to be delivered Thursday, but because of the snow, weren't delivered until today (about 20 minutes ago). They were shipped with 4 pounds of dry ice which, of course, have melted and evaporated. The pizzas feel cool, not frozen. I can't see what they look like because there's a cover on each foil tin.
WWYD? He's going to call the company we ordered them from, but I'd like to hear what y'all think. Thanks!
