I like the "Get Running" app. She has a lovely British accent.

I'm as lazy and out of shape as they come and have used it to train for 2 5ks successfully.

After several years of illness, I'm ready to start getting my life back. I've been very sedentary (of necessity) but there are now no health reasons to hold me back. The distance between where I am and fitness is probably pretty big though. Can anyone recommend any Couch to 5k programs for someone like me?
