I took a very low dose of Valium for a few days and it left me feeling groggy and slowed down. I felt so much better when I stopped.

Any "Pam" drug probably will give you a hangover. It's not meant to be a sleep drug. Get CBT and learn to shut your mind off at nite. Worked best for me I got sick of being sluggish all morning.

I took valium before bedtime after a recent surgery and found that it didn't seem to affect me at all for a while after ingestion, but I felt very sluggish in the mornings.
