Haha, in my defense, the snow put a wrinkle in my V-Day present pick up plans...otherwise, this would have been done well in advance--i.e. yesterday

These all look great, thanks for the suggestions. One of these places should definitely do the trick.

A massage is a wonderful gift!! I'm sure she will love it, lucky girl.

The Spa Room is nice. It's 110 for 50 minutes usually but they have specials.
It's in tenleytown.

Who cares as long as he gets the gift. For all you know your DH/BF is picking up your card at the gas station right now and getting chocolates from CVS. Geez way to help.

Hi All,

I want to get my girlfriend a gift certificate to massage place/spa on the Red Line--basically anywhere between Chinatown and Bethesda, with higher preference to the upper NW.

So far I've found the Red Door Spa in Friendship Heights. Looks like a 50 minute massage is $130, which appears to be right around the going rate at other places.

Not trying to break the bank too much...$150 is probably my max.

Any other good ideas?

Thanks and happy Valentine's Day
