Is the storyline with Rose and the singer totally unrealistic? Would an interracial relationship have even been possible at that time?

Gregson told Matthew to reinforce his back story with Edith. I can't imagine how Gregson disappeared in Munich and no one-- including his office--has heard from him. Maybe his office is just telling Edith they haven't heard from him. Hmmh.

I thought it was very enlightened of Matthew not to shun Mary after she told him about Mr. Pamuk. I think she got a real sexual education during her brief time with Matthew. Although I still remember laughing when she had some sort of medical procedure done and Matthew clearly wanted to have sex. She said she was "untidy." I now say that to DH!

To answer pp's question, I strongly suspect Tom will end up with that woman, as this season has been the season of anvils. (I am completely unspoilered, so,I have no actual knowledge)
