Seriously, kids are not connoisseurs and really are find with the little instant packets and some marshmallows swimming on top.

NP. My kid likes to have the exciting experience of having hit chocolate out and about somewhere. And sometimes on a very cold day it's nice to get out of the house and go for a treat.

Funny - we hated Max Brenner. There wasn't enough seats, it was totally packed and our hot chocolate lacked heat by the time it arrived. This was at about 9:30 on a Sat night though. Maybe during the day things go better there? But we were annoyed, sent it back to be "heated" and decided we'd skip next time. Oddly, we're not fancy either.

I hate that place! It took 35 minutes to get a milkshake and it was gritty and awful! I don't think the chocolate there is very good quality either.
