Honestly, neither having your child use a potty in his airplane seat, nor "screaming bloody hell" is appropriate and your are VERY rude and inconsiderate to consider subjecting your fellow passengers to this.

I am a mother of a boy who has gone through the whole potty training thing. So I understand there are challenges and peculiarities with kids and potties that aren't "normal".

But if I were in the aisle seat while this was going on, I'd be screaming bloody hell on the inside. In fact, I don't even know what I'd say after it was over.

If my husband were in the aisle seat while this was going on, he'd be screaming bloody hell for real.

So to answer your question, it's not only "really, really gross" to do this, it's also socially unacceptable and absolutely not sanitary.

Are you assuming he'll only pee? What if he's sitting there on the floor three feet from the person in the aisle seat and two feet away from the people in front and behind him taking a dump?

No x 100000. Please do not curb your child like a dog in the cabin of an airplane filled with other passengers. I get that you're concerned about a scene being made, but this is not an alternative.

There is no room in a plane row to do this, and it is not a bathroom. Put him in a pull up and if he won't go into the bathroom he'll either go in it on purpose or by accident. It is not acceptable to use the plane as a toilet.

OP, your child CANNOT urinate or defecate in the seating area of a plane unless he is wearing a diaper or it is an accident. Surely you can imagine how unsanitary such a proposition is? You're just going to have to drag him in there.

OP here: we tried pull ups and he just wouldn't pee in them after he was trained.
It's making him to come inside the bathroom that is the difficult part. And he will prob scream bloody hell while in there
He won't miss s he will be sitting on the potty (forgot to mention that), which will also make him even less visible.

You absolutely cannot do this. Please think again because this is absolutely unacceptable.

Why can't u just bring some diapers and take him to the bathroom and put the diaper on him? That's what I did and it was never an issue.

Why not use that approach but in the restroom?
