It's lower quality. Not sure about cuts.

Dh wears mostly jcrew for work but I was wondering if anyone can speak to quality/look/cut of jcrew factory work clothing (for men) vs jcrew? Dh really likes the cut of the pants and shirts and I'm wondering if that's the same. Tia!
