That is the sign of a good massage! I threw up once in the middle of a massage, luckily I made it to the bathroom. Nuts!

ABSOLUTLY! Massage is great for digestion. It might have been painful, but you probably needed it. Something was probably dislodged.

I had my first massage today (it was great). Shortly after I started having gas and stomach pains Fallowed by diarrhea...
I have some IBS but it comes on slowly. This happened very quickly...
I was just wondering if it could possibly be due to the face that I had gotten that massage and perhaps had some 'back up' that the massage let loose?
