Op here - Still haven't heard in Chevy Chase. The USPS is taking its time! Would it be ridiculous to call MCPS tomorrow and ask if my child got in? Any chance they will tell me?

DK if it has changed but two years ago HGC notices came closer to spring break IIRC.

Not sure about Takoma but Eastern has sent out their applications. I just checked the mail today and we received our decision. However, we live about 2 blocks away from Eastern so that's probably why it was so quick. Everyone else can expect their decisions very very soon then! Good luck!
