I guess it is legitimate. I deleted the previous post because it violated copyright laws. I doubt the author would have posted the entire article since that would have not incentivized readers to visit Yahoo. The post to which you link doesn't violate any of our guidelines. It's not exactly the sort of post I like in General Parenting, but it's not too far off the mark.
