But a job with an org that size, I'd imagine $300K+ total comp. The penalties for failing to adhere to these laws can be stiff, so assuming this is a legitimate job (not a puppet one for show), it should pay well.
We pay our legal and compliance mid level staff $200k, our executive level $300k+
