I was gifted a 1lb zojirushi bread machine by a family member. I have celiac and they thought it could help save money since we both work and don't have the time to track down deals on substitutes. I do most naturally gf substitutes like quinoa, rice, etc.
i am excited to do my own bread instead of buying $8 loaves! Don't know where to start.

What GF flour/recipe for a 1lb machine? Most recipes are for 2lb machines? Any premade mixes??
