Where is he learning math then?
I always thought my child was very bright. He always tested really well for his home school. He is now in 4th grade at HGC. Grades are strong but parent conference was humbling. My son's awesome teacher (wish I could come back as a 4th grader at his center) showed me the center breakdown for scores. My son is very bright. But I realize now he is far from brilliant. There are some incredibly bright kids in MCPS.

DC's grade 3 report card has a line in the math section stating that "your child was consistently instructed on the content and processes of the grade level with enrichment/acceleration."
