no a grill with real hardwood lump and some chips to get a nice smoke ring on it. step outside the kitchen you have amazing flavor waiting to be unlocked in yrou grill if you have a grill that will take lump

If you want to use a slow cooker because you want to braise or stew the meat, I would really strongly discourage you from using pork tenderloin for this. It is not a good cut of meat to braise. Look for pork shoulder/butt recipes instead. (Or country rib, or pork belly, or honestly any other part of the pig).
