It's what's for dinner tonight:
1. Chopped meat
2. Minced onions
3. paprika
4. dash of cayenne or cracked pepper
5. Large can of tomato paste
6. 1 cup of water
You can add black or red beans and or cheese
In a heavy iron skillet simmer meat and other ingredients except water. After 5 minutes, slowly add water. Simmer for 15 more minutes. Set aside to cool.
Pillsbury Flaky Biscuits™--Roll them out to a 5" wide circle
Place meat filling into rolled out biscuit. Fold in half, use fork tines to seal.
Place on baking sheet for 20 mins at 350ºF or until brown.
Serve warm.
