If you work 100% remote or even 80% - I'm not sure how you'll do better than that. What exactly are you looking for? Flex time? Reduced schedule?

That and the methodology is shit anyway. If any of the offices have a day care they can say "yes". The question should be "What percentage of your staff have access to an on site daycare?" Similar shit for "Do you allow telecommuting?" And the like.

You should seek a job that you are interested in, not a job with perks or benefits, you will be unhappy.
