I also use the Bob-- but it is heavy and bulky. It's heavier bc of the shocks and the wheels, but that's something you need if you are going to be running. I find it worth the money. I also bought a good umbrella stroller for short trios to the park, Starbucks, etc. you don't want to be lugging a Bib around in stores.

Definitely a BOB. Get it off amazon for at least 25% off.

Summit if you're going to fold. Also better and cheaper than bob.

Another vote for the BOB, well worth it.

If you need it to fold, get a Baby Jogger Summit. It is a one-hand flat fold just like their smaller, non-jogging strollers. We bought it specifically for this, because we store the stroller in our small entryway. (Though, it helped that it was slightly cheaper than the BOB too.) We don't run, but we walk several miles a day and have put a lot of miles on our Summit with no issues.

Other nice perk is that it accommodates an infant right away, without a car seat. So if your baby is not ready to run, you can still take him or her out at a walk in this stroller without any special attachments. It is our only stroller, other than the car seat frame.

We loved our BOB Ironman. Buy one off Craigslist if you can. (we'll probably sell ours soon since my daughter is now 5 and can probably manage the walk to the park.)

They're big and don't fold up very small, so you won't want it for errands in smaller stores or restaurants. Get an umbrella (Maclaren or cheaper) for that. But for walking to the park or running, they're invaluable - the giant wheels just bounce over every type of terrain.

Buy a bike pump - it's harder to push when the tires aren't adequately inflated.

We have a single BOB Revolution and have loved it. Our tall almost-4yo is a little tall for it, fwiw. We also have a double Cruzer, which converts between a jogging stroller and a bike trailer, if that's something you're interested it. It's not as narrow as the BOB, though, so really only work for exercise. (Although the single would probably fit through standard doors.)

The BOB is totally worth the money. I would not buy a phil and teds, they call themselves a jogging stroller, but they are not really designed for running. Our BOB revlution is the only stroller we have.

As far as whether kids like the joggin stroller, both of mine did, but they are kids who are also fine in the car seat and any stroller. If your kids doesn't like a regualr stroller they they will likely not like the jogging one either.

If you and/or baby are tall, check out the summit x3. It has more head room than the bob, has the easy 1-step fold, hand break for hills, and the wheel lock feature is right w/in reach instead of down on the wheel. We love ours.

BOB! Phil and Ted's doesn't work for my stride length. Just make sure to test.

I'm a daily runner looking forward to when my baby is big enough to be in the jog stroller... and the weather warms up.

I'm interested in getting a jogging stroller just for running. I already have a primary stroller I like.

Do all babies like the jogging stroller? I don't want to get one, only to find out that my baby desn't like it for some reason.

I need a jogger that folds, because space is an issue.

Is it worth it, the price for the BOB or Phil & Ted's? I keep hearing good things, but what is the difference from a less expensive jogger?
