Coconut oil, then socks. Do it after shower for a week. You'll see a difference.

Dermatologist gave me prescription stuff. I think it helps but doesn't really do the trick.
I recently ordered Baby Foot. That stuff is amazing. It's a plastic sock you put on for just over an hour. It takes a week but then your feet start to peel like crazy and feel like baby feet again! It didn't really remove caluses but the dead skin is gone.
One treatment is $25. I might try some of the cheaper versions for follow ups.
It did work wonderfully though. All other treatments helped but this just gets rid of it all.

I like the Body Shop Body Butter. It comes in many different scents (furit, floral, etc) or you can go with Shea Butter, Brazil Nut butter, etc. Works well for me if I slather it on after a shower and cover feet with socks overnight.

There is something off INside your body; I'd address that first. Circulation, thyroid, excema, ... Pre-diabetes?
My money's on poor circulation from your description. How old are you?

My feet are a mess in this cold weather - they are super dry and cracking and painful. I have been trying to slather my feet in lotion before bed and sleep with socks on, but my regular lubriderm lotion isn't cutting it. I think I need to use a thick foot cream, so please recommend yours that produces lovely, soft feet Preferably a brand that I can purchase in a drugstore/target. Thanks.
