Steak salad and French fries, and wine.

Have nothing in the fridge, only freezer stuff from Trader Joes for nights like tonight. Here's what we had:
TJ's Chicken Burgers
TJs mushroom risotto
TJs haricot verts

Sure, it was all frozen and processed but damn it was good and easy!

Feeling lazy, so I coated chicken breast pieces with gluten free panko crust and baked them, plus leftover mashed potatoes and green beans.

Takeout BBQ ribs & baked potato w/ sour cream.
Dessert was peppermint patties & a cara cara orange

Chicken roll-ups from Fresh Market with sauteed baby asparagus. And a whole bottle of wine. It has been a rough week.
Dessert - Teavana fruit tisane with Spanish nougat.

Chicken and mushroom stroganoff over no yolk noodles, and a side salad, 2 glasses of red.

Sesame noodles with fried tofu and leftover soup.

Pizza for the kids (Friday night tradition w/ kids movie)

Fish tacos for the parents

Steak, cheesy orzo, broccolini, and strawberries

Chili and mashed potatoes - cold out there! And wine after I nurse the baby

Corned beef and cabbage soup from skinny taste.com already ate it and it's delic.

Jamaican goat curry & beans/rice.

Pizza - it's our Friday tradition!

Cremini mushrooms and onions sautéed in butter, finished with a sour cream and dill sauce. Served with a crusty baguette.
