How is a grilled cheese gluten free?

Chances are, you'll have to meal plan so you can use extra ingredients in multiple meals (like shredded chicken you use in tacos one night and soup the next night) or stuff you can freeze and pull out another night.

I'd start by browsing recipes you think will work for your family's needs, and then look at the ingredients and try and sort them out by ingredients you need. Does that make sense?

In a similar situation and I don't meal plan. I eat pretty simply to.

I have to work very hard to be a size 2 and I find that not cooking meals helps me not go back for seconds. I eat lots of salads and roasted veggies. I buy high-quality deli meats to add in protein to my salads.

I also hit up starbucks at around 1:30ish to get a latte fix.

I am envious of all these great posts on meal planning and money saved on groceries. Id love to join in but dont know where to start.
DH is gone 2 months at a time leaving me with a picky 5 year old who eats the same 15 or so things a 1 year old. Id love to meal plan but i find it hard to get the motivation to just cook for myself. We are gluten and nut free and vegetarian. I am usually so tired that i will slap together a grilled cheese or some cereal and call it a night for myself.

Anyone successfully meal plan in a home for 1 adult? Ideas for quick easy and healthy things i could throw together? I have trouble buying ingredients i can reuse during the week.
