Hi All--
Any tips for preventing lower back pain? The lower right part of my back (starting at upper butt/lower back border) started to hurt this summer after picking up tennis after years off. I played a lot as a junior and hit heavily with top spin, which I think recruits a lot of twist and effort from the lower back. Although, I fully acknowledge that I should use my legs more. I have really tight hammy's as well, and I work at a desk all day which I think exacerbates the problem.
Anyone know any good "back to basic" tips to strengthen my lower back/hips/any adjacent or impacting muscles?
