Just buy a regular blender for fifty bucks and move on. Why do people fall for this nonsense. Juice has too much sugar for it's fiber content anyways. Just make smoothies in a good old fashioned bar blender.

Costco's is the taller one; I prefer the shorter container that fits under my counter.

Costco is the cheapest. All Vitamix models are very powerful, so the basic one is fine. I bought mine from Amazon a few years ago, before I lived near a Costco.

I have had a great customer service lately from W-S-- like an item came with a broken piece and they immediately shipped me a complete replacement without waiting for me to ship back the original.

I want to get the Pro 300 model, I think Costco only sells the 5200 model, don't they?

The Williams Sonoma store in Alexandria is good. I have had horrible service at the stores in Arlington and Tyson's Corner, so I go out of my way to go to WS in Old Town.

Sur La Table. At least from my experiences at the Old Town store. It's like a store employed by total people-pleasers.

I have had some problems with my vitamix and resolved them with vitamix. I don't think it matters. FWIW, I like the vitamix but don't love it.

Sur la Table -- the folks at the Friendship Heights store are knowledgeable and would go to the mat for you if needed.

Williams-Sonoma is the same company as Pottery Barn, and the customer service I have received from Pottery Barn is amazing.

Actually Vitamix themselves have great customer service. I don't think it really matters which store, the Vitamix warranty is what counts.

I'm buying a vitamix and all have it for about the same price. Which do you feel has the best customer service/customer satisfaction? I don't foresee future problems, but just in case.
