Subject: Anyone ever try to replicate the falafel from Cava?
I made a falafel recipe from Mark Bittman and it was pretty good. It's in How to Cook Everything Vegetarian.

I haven't, but I would love to. That stuff is good, and I haven't like any other falafel I've tried.
