Salad and coleslaw sound like good suggestions to me. Maybe fruit salad if the desserts are of the heavier variety.

I'd also make sure you have beverages other than the mimosa bar for anyone who is driving, or pregnant, or might not be drinking. Iced tea and/or water would probably be fine.

3) Green salad (I would do the pp suggestion of spinach, feta etc. Salad)
4) I would buy potato salad (so that it can go with the pulled pork and rolls).

Depends on what kind of egg dishes? - Versions of deviled eggs would not be that great, but a frittata, deviled eggs and egg sandwiches could be good.

OP already has 3 egg dishes and pulled pork. You want to add a lasagna?!? That's overkill.
Cole slaw goes better with pulled pork. Many put it on the sandwich itself. And it's not as heavy.

A large salad. You could do spinach, feta or goat cheese, dried cranberries, almonds and some kind of vinaigrette. All of this can be purchased at Trader Joes and dumped into a salad bowl.

I'd throw in a green salad. Nothing too complicated--mesclun greens

I am hosting a baby shower at 11 next weekend, potluck for around 20. Please help me figure out what I need to fill it out. So far we have 3 egg dishes, and pulled pork for mains. A few apps (cheese, pate, mini quiches), 3 desserts and a mimosa bar. What do I need to buy/cook to make it feel like a full meal?
