Dependable, unflappable, autonomous, project-oriented, team-player, works with little supervision, goal-oriented.

Describe a few projects that are relevant to the position you are applying for, how many employees you supervised, the time frames met, budget met (or under), etc.

My value is that I'm a dependable workhorse. Give me a project with a set goal, and you can be sure that I'll figure it out (with little assistance), pull together whatever resources I need (people, consultants, etc.), and get it done - on time, as asked, and within budget.

On one hand, as someone who has supervised others, I think this makes me a great employee. But on the other hand, I'm afraid that this doesn't sound very sexy, especially when I'm applying for a job that is very competitive. So how do I spin this into corporate speak - something that will impress a corporate recruiter? Do I spin it?
