A Thai style dessert: You slightly cook ripe mango and pour coconut milk over it. Very good. Or you can add the coconut milk to sticky rice.

macaroons - 1 bag coconut, 1 can condensed milk, a little vanilla. So easy! Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
