Likely symptom? No. Possible? Sure, why not. Right around when my first pregnancy was implanting I had a massive attack of hives, which had never happened before. Pregnancy can trigger immune weirdness. (I didn't make the connection at the time.)

OP here - went to dentist and he said no infection, the gums there are just swollen for some reason. Good sign, I guess. Will keep posted as I test on Tuesday 1/21.

This is our first cycle TTC after a MMC and D&C in November and things look positive so far - today is 4 dpo and I had very bad smelling pee this morning (sorry, tmi, but it was my very first indicator last pregnancy) and creamy CM. But since yesterday morning the gums around my bottom right wisdom tooth, which is underneath the gums and have NEVER given me problems before, are very tender and swollen. IF this is a pregnancy thing should I ignore it and it'll go away or should I see a dentist anyway? Just hoping it's temporary. Like I said, until yesterday, the thing never even existed to me...anyone else experience this?
