She can't "kick his butt to the curb" even if he is cheating, and there's no evidence he is other than the fact that he doesn't appear interested in sex with his pregnant wife. Maybe he just finds her weight gain unattractive.

That's such crap. PP, you have no idea based on what she wrote that the guy is cheating, but you still suggest contacting a divorce lawyer and kicking his butt to the curb? What if he's struggling at work and with a new baby on the way, having a hard time keeping his shit together? Maybe he doesn't want to bring this up with his wife while she's pregnant? I have no idea, but it's just as plausible as him cheating.
To OP: as noted, try talking to him before you file divorce papers...
