Check out a shop like Teavana. They have a lot of mixes with chunks of fruit, spices etc. the staff is very helpful.

Oh- and links to ways I can purchase the little clear packets of infusion stuff would be very welcomed! (everything I find online is either herbal tea, or single ingredients... I want the actual big, whole pieces of fruit, etc. I saw there)

I visited South America recently and in cafes they had these infusions of hot water, with things like leafs (some herbs), dried fruit, cinnamon, etc. They seemed to come pre-prepared in little plastic packets that the cafes would steep in warm water in a clear glass.

I wish I had paid better attention because they were delicious and I assume healthy and I would like to replicate that in the cold DC weather.

Does anyone have any recipes or know where I can buy pre-prepared stuff like this online so I can make at home?
