Enough partners so she knows the person she's marrying is good in bed. If she's lost count of how many people she's been with, that's too many. At an age where she can handle the physical and emotional ramifications of having sex.

If she insisted on concrete numbers I'd point out that it's a clear sign she's too immature.

As many or as few as my daughter (or my son, for that matter) wanted to have while staying safe and healthy, physically, mentally and emotionally. In our family, we don't slut-shame.
