The kitchen is horrible. What's going on with the weird window over the sink stuck behind a drywall bulkhead?

It is ok. Needs a lot of updating. Looks better than the other home because it is furniture in it.

It's also around the corner from the huge Cathedral Commons center under construction, which is going to make Macomb St a nightmare when it opens. Be forewarned and stay away!

I don't really think of things that are "waddling distance" from 2 Amys as being in CP. But maybe OP can waddle farther than me.

I don't particularly have anything against these perfectly square, reasonably well-maintained houses, but I would never have thought to look at either of them and say "that's perfection defined."

It looks like a smaller version of Buckman Tavern.
