Ours showed up a few weeks after school let out last year. End of June I think? Don't get your hopes up about using the results for anything. Mine got 99% and nothing changed. Same with MAP-R and MAP-P.

That's odd that it takes them so long to give you the results of a computer-scored test. My kid is bored in school, and I want to see the test results to see if the boredom is related to the fact that the material is too easy, or other factors. I'm dreading another 5 months, and I thought if I had high inview scores it might give me an in-road to talk to the school about finding something else for my child to do. Maybe that's just dreaming.

You receive them basically on the last day of school in a letter. It gives you all five scores, plus tells you if your child is identified GT or not.

You receive them as part of the gifted identification letter.

This summer, as far as I know.
