The problem with the 22-25 age girls is all they care about is the trimmings- the hot body and accent. They can see themselves with him - because he's hot and they are hot. They look good together - they are attracted to his body.
Few of them seem to care at all about who he is as a person. Are they compatible in any way? Who is he as a person? What does him being a dad really mean to them?
I think the older ones get that there is more to being 'meant for each other' than being physically attractive.

The mineral coordinator (or what was that job???) looks older than me, and I'm 41. I call BS on her age.
They sure are some skinny girls. There was one that was probably normal in real life that looked big on tv. Made me feel like a moose! But I was never Bachelor material, even back in the day. Sigh.
I'm a parent and I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why he professes his love of his daughter every other sentence. If I was watching with someone other than my kids, I'd play a drinking game every time he says, "Camila" or "my daughter." I'm just floored by this.

Jimmy Kimmel picked Nikki as the winner. Her dress was hot! Well, the silhouette was hot. I didn't care for the pattern.
The attorney is out of his league. He sounded like an idiot when he said that she must "read a lot of books."

I could listen to him all day. He's much hotter when he's talking. Not getting the sense that his job is really all that, though.

this is exactly what i was going to say. some of the girls are so pathetic that it hurts to watch them. I get that it is a show and a lot of it is fake, but still I just feel bad for them.
Jaun is good looking but i can't stand his accent. i almost feel like he is faking having and accent or something. It just sounds weird.
