Eyah. You don't want this neighborhood. I like the first one, OP. Plant some bushes and be done with it.
Churchill gets more traffic than the average street in McLean, but certainly not as much as Lewinsville. That's a nice neighborhood, and very convenient to schools - Churchill Road, Cooper and Langley - if public schools are part of the equation.
I know tons of people in that neighborhood. I will not bore you with true stories, but you really don't want to live there, aside from the busy street. You can't go wrong in any of the McLean schools, OP - but you seem to already know that.
Would you be happy buying bushes for the first one? It is set back more, and I would bet anything the people are more "normal".
Anonymous wrote:I drive by the first house every day on my way to work from Mclean to Loudoun county. First of all, b/c it's against traffic, I drive by at 60mph every morning. Secondly, it's right near an awkward stop sign at lewinsville and brook rd, so there's always some sort of a hangup on the road that slows traffic. Lastly, check out the build quality of the home. It's an ok price, but it went up soooo fast that I couldn't help but think some corners were cut. Good luck
