Especially if you're cooking it, the pepper is totally fine. Just rinse, chop, and use as normal.

No. There are mold spores in the green flesh, which has pores in it. It's not fine.

And the actual pepper flesh (the part you eat) is perfectly fine, but the seeds have some fuzzy mold on them.
