Look up the "KCC" job - I thought it was "to guard kings" or something like that? Anyway, they may have ratter tendencies. Which means YUCK for you.

Some dogs do this. Not sure what to tell you. Just toss the "treasures."

My small dog is like a cat. He goes out in our wooded yard (fenced) and comes back with dead "treasures" -- field mice, a bird. My large dogs never did this. It is repulsive! Is this normal for some breeds or will he outgrow it? Ours is a spaniel (king charles cavalier).
