anything that isn't a choking hazard and anything that can be cubed easily if it requires chewing, like meat.

fingerfood

baked beans, slices of ham, rolls, sliced fruit, cheese cubes, mac & cheese, cookies (of course)

mini bagels, mini quiches, pigs in a blanket--but with hot dog or sausage sliced in half

Can you be more specific? I have no idea what a "toddler friendly Christmas recipe" is. I just make my kids food that they will eat. If it's eaten on Christmas, then I guess it could be called a "toddler friendly Christmas recipe."

Whatever you're eating. Seriously. Kids eat what you eat. Unless you are looking for recipes that are fun for toddlers to help you cook. In that case, anything using the mixer works well with the little ones.
