I'm drinking mine right now. Here's what's in it:
-1/2 cup canned pumpkin
-1/3 cup cooked sweet potato
-handful of spinach
-1 cup So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk
-1 scoop protein powder
-pumpkin pie spice to taste
I'm not crazy about the whey protein powder either but I choose the least adulterated one I can find (no added flavorings/sweeteners) - this is what I use:

I don't taste the spinach at all in this one. It's pretty good and I actually hate pumpkin. I like the lower-sugar aspect of this one compared to typical fruit smoothies.
