It has been a stressful month and I've been eating poorly and don't look my best. I don't need to lose a lot of weight, maybe just 2 pounds but I would like to help get rid of some of the flabbiness. I am slim but definitely have a muffin top and feel skinny fat. Any tips for what I can do short term to look and feel my best? Thanks!
Hate to break it to you but you will have a muffin top even if you loose the 2 pounds. I lost my pregnancy weight and still have the muffin top. The only way it goes is if you get a tummy tuck.
Buy an outfit that actually fits your body shape well. That will give you a boost of confidence. (That and Spanx.)

This plus watch your salt. It causes water retention.
