We are very unhandy plus have a toddler, newborn and both work full-time... so I don't think any DIY projects are in the cards for us right now.

Called Best Buy today. $139 per appliance, plus $30 or so install kit for each.

Free install of fridge but dishwasher is like 100 and gas stove like 300.

Buying lower grade fridge, dishwasher and gas oven for rental property snd best buy, sears and home depot are all quoting installation fees almost 50% the cost of the items which seems high. Anywhere else we should be looking?
