A good stock pot. Chinese soup spoons. A pretty soup tureen.

They're going to have all that stuff at Williams Sonoma or Sur La Table. A little pricey, maybe, but convenient one-stop shopping.

You may also find pre-mixed bean soup packages from vendors at farmers markets, which has a little more of that homey in-person touch, but is more hit-or-miss with availability.

You could also try World Market--I bet they'd have stuff you're looking for.

I'm thinking about putting together a soup-themed gift for someone for the holidays, because I bought this person a soup ladle that I really love. That probably seems like a weird gift, but anyway... can anyone recommend any soup/stew accessories? Spice mixes or soup bases you really like? A great set of soup bowls, or serving bowl? Any soup-related suggestions would be great. Thanks!
