The very best deal will be at Costco on NY Ave. (Assuming you can't get to Virginia to Total Wine.)
The best deal will never be in MoCom because of the county alcohol tax. If you can't get to Costco, find somewhere else in DC.

Subject: Cheapest place to get KJ in MoCo or NE DC?
Income-wise, I'm in the Yellow Tail bracket. But I really love KJ chard. Prices I've seen vary from $11 (on sale) to $19 (wtf?). Any tips for where to get it cheap? Thanks in advance.
