Funny but just delete the text, OP.

If the number is one off from yours it might be work related. Or not.

Both my husband and I got calls on our cells on the same day from different numbers with a person asking who's number it was insisting that we called them. I think it's some sort of phising. Of course we told them that they called up and if they didn't know who they were calling then they were out of luck.

From the phone number 1 greater than my cell.

Since it's late and I'm bored I thought I'd let you all decide if and how I should answer. I will note that I rarely use the phone for texts or calls. Most calls I get to it are redirects from my landline. I even had to look up my cell phone number since I don't give it out except in my work email signature.

So would you respond and if yes what would you say?
