PP is right. If Griffin had waited a couple weeks to start, I think the entire season would have been better. And if Shanahan had actually made that decision for him, instead of letting a 22-year-old kid come back before he was ready, maybe Shanahan would still have a job. RG3 still plays like a college player. He needs to realize NFL is different. Plus he shouldn't have rushed back in after his knee surgery. Giving 150% and trying to carry the team will only last a few seasons in the NFL.
