Do family therapy. Even if your spouse has psychological wounds to heal, you're in this together. You go alone if he/she refuses and you focus on what you need to do--not what the other person should be doing.

...when both parents are not on board, and one parent needs counseling related to parenting? This is *not* related to parenting opinion. Rather, it is a direct result of one parent having been emotionally abused, and the scars and ramifications of not owning one's sh*t. Help and references appreciated.
